She embarked on her journey as a Notary Public in the early 1980s at a prestigious brokerage firm in Beverly Hills. During that time, mobile notaries were not as prevalent as they are today. However, the roots of Notaries can be traced back to ancient Egypt, where the need for official record-keeping in transactions became integral to society.

With an impressive tenure, Mercy has been an esteemed presence in the West Valley community since 1989, where she has established herself as a trusted professional. For many years, she worked diligently at Smith Barney on Oxnard Street in Woodland Hills, gaining extensive expertise in various financial and legal matters.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mercy actively contributes to her community as a volunteer and leader. Her dedication to serving others has made a positive impact on numerous initiatives and organizations. She is a proud Member of the DAV; Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles (FACC-GLA); the National Notary Association; and the West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce just to name a few.
